Role plays are elaborated by constructive feedbacks, integrating reflection, which means, that understanding is created by reflecting, finding out by using your own logic. You are looking at the subject from differen angles, it is the detachment from one perspective to several ones.

Your preparation will be: Visiting a hotel (reflection written and orally) and personalized evaluations will be given.

Role plays can only be effective, if participants are authentic and if they are able to use their personality to their full extent. This is only possible without the pressure of grades / marks. There will be an oral feedback and you will mainly assess yourself, based on the experiences you make. You may also learn by try & error and you may learn by negative reactions and discussions. These can only orrur by knowing that reactions are possible without being judged. Every personality has its advantages and it can only be fair to look at them without competition and degrading.

A relaxed atmosphere is the best nutrition for learning and for keeping learned content. Exams work against that.
